Job description

Role Summary

The Digital Asset Specialist  is responsible for handling the assets created in the e-comm photo studio. The primary objective of this role is to support the retouching team by organizing and prioritizing RNA imagery, data entry into inventory systems and troubleshooting issues.

Role Responsibilities
  • Keep track of all work assets across entire studio workflow (from product turnover to activation).
  • Prioritize e-comm images to ensure that all available products are uploaded for daily activation.
  • Upload all product images for Anthropologies' Web Studio completed by retouchers.
  • Input image data into STEP
  • Reinforce processes which maximize efficient workflow practices
  • Work collaboratively with photographers, merchandisers and production departments to communicate that all images are available, labeled correctly and up to date.
  • React quickly to requests and take action when necessary.
  • Archive, upload and monitor swatch images to enhance customer shopping experience.
Role Qualifications
  • Able to learn processes and internal programs quickly
  • Demonstrate eagerness to learn from more senior team members
  • Proactive, motivated, dedicated, able to take initiative and follow direction.
  • Must work well in a team environment, adhering to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Basic knowledge of photo retouching.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Bridge and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Digital Asset Management systems
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Extremely organized.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Photography, Fashion, Design or a related field.

The wage range for this role is $50,000-$60,000 .Wages are based on several factors, including, but not limited to, experience, education, geographic location, etc.
