  • Position: RN Cath Lab
  • Job Title: SMNIL | RN Cath Lab | Night | Per Diem
  • Must be proficient in EPIC
  • Orientation, badge pick up on 06/10; work date 06/11/2026 from 7:00am to 7:30pm
  • Anticipated strike at Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital - Chicago LLC on June 11-12, 2026
    Job Requirements
  • Must have valid nursing license (Nursys verification)
  • Must pass Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam with 80% or higher
  • Must pass Prime Specialty Exam with 80% or higher
  • Must complete Prime Education Verification (diploma or transcripts accepted)
  • Must have valid Driver's License/State ID/Passport
  • Must complete Prime OIG check
  • Must complete Prime Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel test) within 60 days of start
  • Must complete Prime Color-blind test annually
  • Must complete Prime Agency Attestation
  • Must complete Prime SAM/EPLS exclusion check
  • Must provide updated resume at offer acceptance
  • Must provide two professional references (one from manager or supervisor)
  • COVID-19 vaccine: 2 doses plus booster or declination
  • Proof of MMR immunity (2 vaccines or positive titer)
  • Annual respirator Fit Test (completed prior to start)
  • Hepatitis B immunization or immunity proof or declination
