Job description
Our Vision is to be the global leader in pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences. Our Mission is to prepare leaders and innovators to solve the world's most pressing health care challenges. We are Advancing Medicine for Life through innovation and collaboration in pharmacy practice, education, research, and public service.
To build our team and better support this mission we are seeking a postdoctoral researcher to join us and guide efforts to design and use light responsive tools that better define the spatiotemporal components of signaling in cardiovascular adaptation and disease. Competitive candidates will have an interest in collaborative translational research projects and an interest in optogenetic tool building and protein design or cardiovascular pharmacology and models of ischemic injury and hypertrophy.
* Candidates preparing to complete PhD coursework will likewise be considered and are encouraged to apply. PhD or equivalent required prior to position start.
