We are looking for Customer Service Representativewith potential to get licensed as an agent later on. Associate will be responsible to handle service requests oninbound calls and for walk in customers. Other responsibilities may includemaking 60 - 120+ outbound calls per day.Full time and part time opportunities available.Career development opportunities will be available!

Responsibilities
  • Service existing accounts and ensure customers make buying decisions armed with the right amount of information
  • Handle in person customer requests at the front desk of our office
  • Complete vehicle photo inspections for customers
  • Make 80 - 120+ outbound calls per day
  • Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage
