Job description

Struction Solutions, LLC is a veteran-led roofing diagnostics and maintenance firm specializing in commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities. Our work focuses on quality-roof inspections, infrared scanning, and targeted repairs that extend system life and reduce downtime.
We're expanding in the Atlanta, GA area and seeking a highly skilled Commercial Roof Repair Technician who values craftsmanship, independence, and professionalism. If you're an experienced roofer or foreman who enjoys steady, well-organized projects without red tape or large-crew management, this role is designed for you.
Position Overview

It's ideal for a self-motivated trades professional who takes pride in doing the job right the first time and enjoys autonomy in their work.
This is an independent contractor (1099) position. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing their own tools and equipment necessary to complete assigned roof repair and maintenance work.

  • Communicate effectively with the operations team to plan and close out assignments

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial roof repairs or maintenance

  • Familiarity with repair and installation standards for systems such as Carlisle, Firestone, GAF, Johns Manville, or Sika Sarnafil
  • Comfortable working at heights and maintaining OSHA-compliant safety practices (OSHA 10 or 30 preferred)
  • Must have their own commercial roofing tools and equipment required to perform assigned repairs and preventative maintenance
  • Must be able to work as an independent contractor (1099)
  • Valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and willingness to travel locally within the Atlanta metro area
  • Able to work independently, communicate clearly, and document results professionally
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a standard background check
