Job description

Key Responsibilities

Content creation and storytelling

·      Plan, capture, and produce high-quality video, photo, and simple design assets that tell the Bowling Green Assembly story across internal and external channels.

·      Own day-to-day production of leadership and huddle videos, events where BGA is represented, plant b-roll and evergreen footage, and short-form assets for various channels.

·      Maintain and continually improve a shared library of BGA-specific assets (b-roll, stills, graphics, decks) that can be quickly repurposed for media[BH3.1], VIP visits, tours, recruiting, and recognition.


Tours, visits, and plant experience

·      Support and enhance the BGA visitor experience and visitor storytelling by modernizing visuals, creating mementos, and capturing stories.

·      Support logistics and on-the-ground production for key plant experiences, including Build Your Own/engine build activities, VIP and customer visits, and employee engagement events.


Apps and Digital Engagement

·      Develop platform-ready content for employee apps and related digital channels, including copy, visuals, short videos,.

·      Use available metrics and feedback to suggest practical improvements to content formats, timing, and topics.[BH4.1][RB4.2][BH4.3]


Organization and repeatable workflows

·      Maintain organized project folders, trackers, and simple runbooks for repeatable activities such as tours, BYO events, recurring meetings, and standard visitor experiences.

·      Build checklists and timelines that keep content production and event logistics on track and visible to stakeholders.


Collaboration and ways of working

·      Build strong working relationships with plant leaders, , and external stakeholders.

·      Bring a calm, solutions-oriented approach to fast-moving situations and last-minute changes.


Key Skills

·      2+ years of experience in marketing, content production, communications, events, or a closely related field.

·      Demonstrated experience:

·      Producing short-form video and photography (planning, basic shooting, and editing/packaging).

·      Supporting events or visits that require coordination across multiple stakeholders.

·      Managing multiple projects and details simultaneously with a high degree of organization.

·      Exceptional attention to detail, follow through, and personal organization.

·      Design skills (layout, simple graphics, photo retouching, etc.) and an eye for strong visual storytelling.

·      Photography and videography, plus editing and final production experience.
