POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Multimedia Specialist is responsible for developing and delivering creative multimedia content that supports the marketing, branding, and communication objectives of ARBOC and NFI Parts. This position creates visual assets across print, digital, web, social media, and video platforms while ensuring consistency with corporate brand standards and messaging. The role partners with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and agency partners to execute marketing initiatives and maintain high-quality deliverables. Additionally, the position identifies opportunities to improve marketing processes, enhance collaboration, and increase operational efficiency. Success in this role requires strong creativity, project management, organizational, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

       Design, develop, and produce high-quality visual assets including marketing campaigns and materials, professional documents, digital graphics, motion graphics, photo editing, video editing, presentations, internal communications, templates, and print collateral.

       Develop compelling marketing communications that use strategic storytelling, clear branding, and strong value propositions to engage audiences and support business goals.

       Maintain and uphold brand standards across all materials and channels.

       Manage suppliers and agency partners while identifying process improvements.

       Develop product and vehicle launch plans.

       Manage ARBOC's social media and website.

       Coordinate and support trade show activities.

       Lead weekly marketing meetings with the ARBOC team.

       Travel quarterly to ARBOC locations, or as needed, to support marketing activities.

       Support internal HR communication initiatives.

       Prepare final files for print, digital, and video distribution, ensuring accuracy and quality control.

       Organize and maintain design and media assets in a structured and accessible system.

Requirements

         Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.

         7+ years experience in graphic design, photo retouching, and video production.

         Photo editing and retouching, Design and storytelling.

         Strong collaboration with ability to work effectively with internal departments and external partners.

         Ability to travel up to 15%.
