TheVisual Content Strategistisacustomer-focused storytellerwho owns the video and photography pipeline — planning, capturing, editing, and delivering professionalvisualcontent that shows who Geoprobe® is, what we build, and why it matters. Working alongside marketingteammatesalso skilled in digital photography and videography,you'llscout locations, coordinate shoots, and produce polished videos and photos on deadlinewhile also contributing written contentfor useacross marketing media. One dayyou'rein the field photographing a machine in action; the nextyou'refilming a service tutorial or interviewing an employee for a recruitment video. Success comes from collaborating across teams,uncovering stories that help customers succeed, and consistently delivering quality visual contentthat strengthens brand presence and deepens customer connections.

Responsibilities
  • Own the video and photography pipeline — scout locations,planand coordinate shoots across teams — managing projects from concept through delivery
  • Capture and edit professional photos and videos of machines, tools, people, and events
  • Produce videos that tell stories,showcaseproduct benefits, or explain processes
  • Draft video scripts, including voiceover and onscreen text
  • Write clear, engaging content for case studies, email/social campaigns, and web pages
  • Proof work for accuracy and brand consistency before review
  • Build understanding of company culture, products, and customer needs
  • Develop relationships across departments to find storytelling opportunities
