We're looking for a Account Strategist to join our Talent team, they will be responsible for the strategy, content, calendars, and coordinating with internal & external teams. Our new Account Strategist is a passionate self-starter who will work with and support our team across a variety of accounts and learn from some of the best in the industry. This person must be interested in editorial, copywriting, curation, pop culture, administration, photo research — and can pick up on some tedious details. We are looking for someone who is excited about social media, branding, creative direction, and seeing a brand grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all requests for information from your teammates, clients, and other employees in a respectful, timely, and professional way.
  • Copywriting & Calendar Creation
  • Conduct media searches, audits, and research for client projects.
  • Create weekly and monthly status reports for your team members.
  • Coordinate all team and client meetings as assigned including scheduling dial-ins, calendar invites, locations, agendas, and other tasks as needed.
  • Daily media monitoring of your assigned accounts.
  • Draft agendas and recaps for all client calls and meetings
  • Create and maintain media lists and coverage reports
  • Maintain records and organize photo archives.
  • Work with the team to build weekly/monthly status reports for clients.
  • Daily social media monitoring of your assigned accounts.
