Our Photo/Data Collector is responsible for collecting and maintaining current and accurate online information including taking photos and videos of vehicle inventory for online presentation.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Capture professional, high-quality photographs of new and used vehicles utilizing an indoor automotive photo booth and outdoor photography areas.
  • Ensure every vehicle is photographed according to company standards and dealership OEM guidelines that we have set forth.
  • Position and stage vehicles properly to maximize presentation quality and consistency.
  • Verify vehicle information, including VIN, trim level, color, mileage, features, and options, to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Identify and report discrepancies between vehicle data and physical inventory.
  • Conduct basic vehicle inspections to ensure cleanliness and readiness before photography.
  • Upload, organize, and manage vehicle photos within company software systems.
  • Maintain efficient workflow while meeting daily production goals and deadlines.
  • Operate photography equipment, computer systems, and inventory management tools.
  • Communicate effectively with dealership personnel and team members regarding inventory status and data corrections.

Requirements
  • Shift: Wednesday-Saturday (10-hour shift)
  • Photography or visual media experience. (preferred)
  • Experience working in Automotive dealerships or vehicle inventory management (preferred)
  • Familiarity with data-entry systems and app-based Apple software.(preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data inaccuracies
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Previous photography experience
  • Automotive knowledge (preferred)
  • Computer and technology skills.
  • Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Required Education and Experience

Additional Eligibility Qualifications (Certification/Licenses/Registrations)
Valid driver's license
Individuals under the age of eighteen (18) may not drive vehicles off of the dealership premises.
