Overview:
The Houston Dynamo & Dash Soccer Team is seeking motivated and enthusiastic interns to support various administrative functions within our organization. This is a paid internship program that provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure in one of our key departments listed below. The successful candidate will assist in daily operations, collaborate with department leads, and contribute to various projects that support the team's long-term success.
  • Graphic Design and Photo - Support visual storytelling efforts by capturing, editing, and organizing photo and graphic assets for use across digital, social, marketing, and game-day platforms while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Social Media for Houston Dynamo - Assist with day-to-day social media operations, including content planning, publishing, trend monitoring, etc. to help grow audience engagement and brand awareness.
  • Partnership Management & Partnership Development - Support the activation, fulfillment, and development of corporate partnerships.
  • Booking & Event Services - Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of stadium and special events by supporting client communications, event logistics, scheduling, and operational preparations to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Digital - Support the organization's digital platforms by assisting with website updates, app content management, email communications, digital campaigns, etc. to enhance the fan experience.
  • Social Media and Content for Houston Dash- Support content creation and storytelling for the Houston Dash by developing social media content, assisting with content capture, coordinating publishing schedules, and helping execute campaigns that engage fans and elevate the club's brand.

Qualifications:
• Current student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for soccer and sports management is a plus.
• Prior internship or volunteer experience in a sports or administrative setting is a plus.
