Job description


International Investment Bank seeks a Bilingual Japanese Administrative Assistant who will be supporting their Sales team.
This is a 6-month temporary role and has a possibility of becoming a permanent.
Responsibilities:
  • Arrange travels, meetings, lunches, and other events
  • Manage expenses
  • Make photo copies of document and organize the materials
  • Order office supplies
  • Answer phone calls in a professional manner
  • Perform other administrative tasks as requested

Requirements
  • Bilingual Japanese/English (Read/Write/Speak)
  • 1-3 years experience as administrative assistant
  • College degree
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Time management skills
  • Attention to details
  • Team-worker
  • In order to commute to the Midtown office, COVID full vaccination status is required
