Job Overview

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for a 14-week contract assignment in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The COTA will assist Occupational Therapists with rehabilitation programs focused on improving patient mobility, independence, and performance of daily living activities.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, rehabilitation knowledge, and the ability to provide compassionate patient-centered care.

  • Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized therapy plans
  • Provide therapeutic exercises and functional activity training
  • Support patients with ADLs such as dressing, grooming, and mobility tasks
