About the Role

The Marketing Production Assistant provides administrative, creative, and production support to the firm’s marketing department. This position helps coordinate marketing projects, organize creative assets, prepare materials, assist with photo and video production, and communicate with internal teams and outside vendors.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and experienced with marketing and production tools. This is a hands-on support role for someone who enjoys working on a variety of projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with coordinating marketing and advertising projects, schedules, deadlines, deliverables, and approvals.
  • Help prepare for photo and video productions, including organizing equipment, materials, schedules, locations, and studio spaces.
  • Organize and maintain digital marketing assets, including photographs, videos, graphics, logos, advertisements, and templates.
  • Prepare and distribute brochures, flyers, presentations, promotional materials, and other marketing collateral.
  • Review materials for accuracy, formatting, branding, spelling, and grammar.
  • Communicate with internal teams and outside vendors regarding project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Assist with website content updates and routine reviews for outdated information, broken links, and formatting issues.
  • Support advertising campaigns, community outreach, events, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain organized project records, asset inventories, invoices, proofs, and approvals.
  • Provide general administrative and production support to the marketing department.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media Production, Graphic Design, or a related field. At least four years of directly related professional experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
  • One or more years of experience in marketing, communications, media production, graphic design, administration, project coordination, or a related support role.
  • Experience using graphic design, image-editing, or video-editing software.
  • Familiarity with photography, videography, digital advertising, website content management, and print production.
  • Experience coordinating projects or working with creative teams, internal departments, or outside vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to review materials for accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new marketing, production, and project-management tools.
Technical Skills

Familiarity with the following tools and specialties is required:

  • Website-building tools: WordPress and Elementor
  • Image-editing and graphic-design tools: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Luminar Neo
