What You’ll Do

As a Specialty Business Development Manager, you will act as a high-tempo Commercial Sales Manager and aggressive field hunter. Working as a premier B2B Account Executive, you will drive new specialty service revenue across commercial facilities, education verticals, and industrial spaces.

  • Spearhead cold prospecting, field drop-ins, and direct outreach

  • Sell rapid-cycle, high-margin specialty solutions, including Interior Deep Cleaning, Floor Restoration, Exterior Services, and Construction Support.

  • Maintain an active pipeline in Salesforce and generate active quotes per week toward a target annual revenue quota.

  • Partner with local Branch Managers and Account Managers to close quick-turn contracts and transition clients smoothly.

What You Bring to the Team

  • 3-7+ years of continuous success as a Specialty Business Development Manager, Commercial Sales Manager, or route-based B2B Account Executive.

  • Strong self-starter attitude with a focus on field activity, rapid transaction sales (1–2 week sales cycles), and pipeline generation.
