Job Purpose: Two to three sentences describing the overall purpose of the job

Perform cleaning and stocking duties in F&B outlet and lobby bar areas to ensure bartender's execution of customer service.

Job Responsibilities: Maximum of ten responsibilities, in order of percentage of time spent on functions from longest to shortest; do not list anything that does not represent at least 10% of the job's time. Please include supervisory responsibilities.

1.

Stock all bars with mixing and serving supplies. Ensure that bartenders have all required supplies.

2.

Ensure that liquor bottles are full and appropriate back-ups are in the place.

3.

Fill ice dispensers as needed throughout shift.

4.

Stock all beer and wine.

5.

Clean and secure glassware throughout the shift.

6.

Stock backup garnishes, juices, and other mixers.

7.

Maintain a clean and organized storeroom.

8.

Perform appropriate side work.

9.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications: Describe the minimum qualifications needed to complete the job responsibilities.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience

Food service experience preferred. Good communication skills required for guest and staff interactions.

Food Handler's card, Alcoholic Beverage Commission (ABC) card may be required.
