The Sales amp; Customer Support Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing support and resolving inquiries. This role involves answering incoming inquiries by phone, email, and chat, addressing customer concerns, and delivering exceptional service in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Create positive interactions with customers through phone, chat, and email communications, thus creating an increase in sales and customer satisfaction. Create a positive experience by demonstrating good listening and communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and appropriate patience.
  • Ensure accurate data entry of account contact information, quotes, orders, and other documentation in company ERP system and databases.
  • Achieve personal and departmental goals through effective research and communication. Meet or exceed net booked sales goal for self and team.
  • Continually enhance ability to provide accurate and timely information to customers and co-workers through training and development opportunities.
