Job description

This is an outside business development role focused on acquiring new mid-market customers (100-2,000 employees).

We're looking for professionals who already have trusted relationships with business leaders and can leverage those relationships to create qualified sales opportunities. While technology sales experience is a plus, it is not required. If you've successfully sold mission-critical business services and know how to build trust, we'd like to talk.

You'll be supported by experienced engineering, implementation, customer success, and cybersecurity teams, allowing you to focus on building relationships and closing business.

Compensation- $75,000-$90,000 Base + Upside Commission. OTE: $150,000-$225,000+

Compensation:

$75,000 - $90,000 Base + Commission


Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.
  • Leverage existing relationships and create new opportunities through networking and prospecting.
  • Meet with executive decision-makers.
  • Identify business challenges and recommend technology solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Partner with engineering and implementation teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications:
  • Proven outside B2B sales success.
  • Existing relationships throughout the Phoenix market.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience selling business-critical products or services.

Preferred

  • Technology, telecommunications, cybersecurity, SaaS, or managed services experience.
  • Relationships within healthcare, municipalities, manufacturing, professional services, finance, or construction.
