Phoenician HomeCare is expanding and looking for dedicated, compassionate caregivers to join our team. Since 2018, we’ve been providing non-medical in-home support to seniors across the Phoenix metro area. Role Responsibilities
In this position, you’ll assist seniors with maintaining their independence and quality of life at home. Responsibilities may include:
  • Providing companionship and social interaction
  • Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
  • Performing light housekeeping and preparing simple meals
  • Offering medication reminders
  • Helping with errands or attending appointments when needed
Your role plays an important part in helping clients stay safe and comfortable in their homes while giving their families peace of mind.
Qualifications
  • Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
  • Availability for daytime and/or overnight shifts
  • Ability to work at least 4-hour blocks
  • Reliable transportation
  • Prior caregiving (or similar) experience required
