Shift Schedule: 12-hour shifts

Locations: New Haven, Middlesex, New London, Windham, Tolland, Hartford and Litchfield

Case Mix: Minor emergencies, injuries, illnesses

Phone Consults: No

Credentialing Timeline: 90 days

Required Procedures: Suturing / Wound Care / Incision & Draining Splinting X-Ray / EKG interpretation Phlebotomy Pediatric care (all ages)

Job Requirements: Licenses: Active CT license required DEA / CDS: Active DEA required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS or PALS Experience: Total years of experience and most recent experience required Other Qualifications: Ability to travel at least 45 minutes, split day between two locations, amenable to last-minute changes

Duties & Responsibilities: Provide urgent care services to patients of all ages Perform suturing, wound care, incision and drainage, splinting Interpret X-rays and EKGs Work independently and manage patient volume efficiently Travel between locations as needed
