Villa Restaurant Group is looking for an energetic and experienced Starbucks Co-Manager to join our team at MCO Airport!

We’re seeking a hands-on leader who can support daily operations, develop and motivate the team, maintain Starbucks brand standards, and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced airport environment.

What we’re looking for:

  • Restaurant or retail management experience

  • Starbucks leadership experience preferred

  • Strong communication and team-building skills

  • Experience with scheduling, inventory, labor, and cost controls
