Villa Restaurant Group - Quick service restaurants (Villa Italian Kitchen, South Philly Cheesesteaks and Fries, Green Leaf's and Bananas, Mo' Burger, Jersey Mikes, Salsaritas, Melt Shop, Dos Toros, Hill Country, Juniors, Far East, Asian Chao, Tony + Benny's, Zaros Bakery, etc.) and 40North full service restaurants (Piattino, Office Tavern Grill, Café Villa, Steelworks Wind Creek Casino, Blackhorse Tavern & Pub, Town Bar & Kitchen and NOM Mexican Table & Tequila Bar) is a multi-brand, multi-concept global restaurant group specializing in full service restaurants, quick serve restaurants with corporate and franchise operations.

Villa Restaurant Group is hiring Shift Supervisors for our new Starbucks location opening at Orlando International Airport (MCO) in August 2026!

We are looking for energetic and dependable leaders who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and creating a positive team environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead and support team members throughout each shift
• Create an exceptional Starbucks experience for every guest
• Assign daily tasks and ensure smooth shift operations
• Coach team members and reinforce service and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities
• Handle cash accurately and follow all company procedures

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a restaurant, coffee shop, or fast-paced hospitality environment is preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills
• The ability to lead, motivate, and support a team
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• The ability to meet all Orlando International Airport badging requirements
