SPS (Service Parts Supply Chain) Ultrasound Lead

As the SPS (Service Parts Supply Chain) Ultrasound Leader you are responsible for leading the SPS team is to serve patients, clinicians and engineers who rely on healthcare equipment that works.The team is responsible for customer success by providing high-performance parts-availability performance at a competitive cost level, while effectively supporting specific business needs.

Your role:

  • Lead the newly formed SPS Ultrasound Operations organization and unite teams across locations around a shared purpose and high-performance culture.

  • Own end-to-end service-parts availability and supply-chain performance for Ultrasound businesses across regions.

  • Drive planning, supply management, lifecycle optimization, and risk management to improve availability, reduce backorders, and strengthen resilience.

  • Partner closely with Supply Chain, Service, Procurement, regional teams, suppliers, and field-service stakeholders to deploy and mature the BU-focused operating model.

  • Grow parts sales and repair/recovery performance while building a culture of continuous improvement, problem solving, and AI-enabled decision-making.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

  • You have 8+ years of experience with Bachelor's OR 6+ years of experience with Master's in areas such as Supply Chain Management, Business Process Improvement, Operational Excellence or equivalent.

  • You have a proven track record of building and integrating teams, leading organizational transformation, and fostering a high-performance culture through change, with a customer-first, accountable, and growth-oriented mindset that drives continuous improvement, sustainable parts-sales growth, and effective influence across business, suppliers, and global matrix teams .

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is of $154,000.00 to $246,000.00 annually for Nashville, TN.

The pay range for this position is of $173,000.00 to $275,000.00 annually for Bothell, WA.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
