You are responsible for generating sales volume by developing credible long-term relationships with our customers.Ideally a candidate will be based out of Jacksonville, Tallahassee, or Gainesville. Must be willing to travel throughout the Northern Florida territory.**Your role:*** Research target opportunities, generate account leads, and develop long term objectives for success at the account anchored to meeting critical customer needs.* Build a Business Plan that supports achievement of your Quota, aligned with the objectives of the Sales Plan and balanced selling.* Create and establish early and cross modality penetration while building long term relationships and maps of all key decision makers in the relevant businesses while creating solutions and planning for the achievement of them.* Translate the identified solution for the opportunity into a value proposition and create a pricing strategy to support the proposition.* Create comprehensive customer profiles and effective customer acquisition or retention strategies.* Capability to uncover and develop the customer's decision criteria, analyze competitive offerings and influence the decision criteria to their advantage.**You're the right fit if:*** You’ve acquired 5+ years of hospital sales experience and/or direct clinical experience. Medical capital sales experience, highly preferred.* Your skills include having the ability to effectively prospect and to develop strong relationships with customers and provide business solutions.* You have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.* You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.* You’re a results oriented, high energy, balanced, “take charge” individual with a hunter mentality.**How we work together**We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $191,250.00 to $250,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
