Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mid‑Level Project Manager to lead and support cross‑functional projects from planning through execution. This role is responsible for coordinating teams, managing timelines, overseeing budgets, and ensuring successful delivery of project objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience managing medium‑scale projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end project management including planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery.
  • Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams and serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate project meetings, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to leadership.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee external partners as needed.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to project management best practices.
