Summary
Our client is seeking a Mid-Level Project Manager for an exciting contract to hire opportunity. The Mid-Level Project Manager is responsible for insuring that the projects are delivered to our client on time, on budget and with a high level of quality. This is a fast paced leadership role requiring many skill sets that allows you to lead and interfaces with the client, project managers, engineering and drafting teams along with internal and external leadership. They will also actively manage their time to maintain efficient, effective, and accurate production within their projects. Also, the Senior Project Manager will have strong communication skills and be able to accomplish the results of the project at hand. Core Competencies

Primary Responsibilities
  • Actively engage in professional development.
  • Champion company goals and processes.
  • Actively participate in QA/QC to ensure consistency within the department.
  • Work with Project teams to ensure project deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  • Monitor overall project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Consistently communicate with Client to ensure Client expectations are met.
  • Capable of leading both pipeline and facility projects.
  • Monitor quality of work performed.
  • Hold project scheduling and status update meetings.
  • Communicate design changes with key project team members.
  • Utilize project management tools to input and maintain project level detail with regard to proposals, resources, project status, budget tracking and project closeouts.
  • Clearly convey design philosophies, expectations, and timeline.
  • Coordinate regulatory, permitting, survey, and third party construction efforts.
  • Specify all engineered equipment and specialty items.
  • Perform calculations to evaluate proposed designs.
  • Evaluate design's overall effectiveness, cost, reliability, and safety.
  • Understand and apply standard engineering principles.
  • Treat all company information and customer information confidentially.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 5+ years of experience in related oil and gas experience.
  • Exhibit knowledge of industry processes and procedures.
  • Relevant ABET accredited Bachelor's degree.
  • High level of organizational skills.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft office suites.
