• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their physical capabilities and limitations, which forms the basis for individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement detailed care strategies to enhance patient recovery, utilizing evidence-based methods and best practices in rehab science.
• Provide a variety of hands-on therapies, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and the use of modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process, encouraging them to actively participate in their recovery through home exercise and self-management programs.
• Maintain active communication regarding patient progress, troubles, or necessary adjustments to their care programs, ensuring continuity and clarity in patient care.
• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes diligently in our electronic health record system to track patient improvement and adhere to regulatory standards.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in physical therapy or related fields.
• Ability to work well independently, while also collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care that prioritizes patient safety and promotes a positive health outcome.

• Experience with diverse populations, including pediatrics, geriatrics, sports rehabilitation, and post-operative care.
• Knowledge of contemporary physical therapy modalities and techniques, along with an eagerness to stay updated with the latest rehabilitation advancements.
• Previous involvement in developing community outreach programs or patient education initiatives is advantageous.

Revive Bone Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
