Job Description:

En tant que conseiller(-ere) en developpement des partenariats internes et externes, vous jouerez un role cle dans la croissance et la reussite de Beneva, plus particulierement du secteur de l'assurance individuel et des services financiers. Vous serez responsable de la creation, de la gestion et du renforcement des partenariats avec des parties internes et externes, en vue d'atteindre nos objectifs strategiques.

Vous vous realiserez dans les fonctions suivantes :

  • Elaborer et deployer une strategie de developpement des partenariats

a. Identifier de maniere proactive les opportunites de partenariats, internes comme externes, alignees sur les objectifs strategiques de l'organisation.
b. Analyser les benefices attendus ainsi que les risques associes a chaque partenariat potentiel.
c. Definir des objectifs precis, mesurables et coherents pour chacun des partenariats.

  • Identifier, evaluer et selectionner les partenaires strategiques

a. Realiser des analyses approfondies afin de cibler des partenaires pertinents et a forte valeur ajoutee.
b. Evaluer la compatibilite strategique, operationnelle et culturelle, ainsi que les benefices mutuels des collaborations envisagees.
c. Conduire les processus de negociation et formaliser des ententes solides et durables.

  • Gerer, developper et perenniser les partenariats existants

a. Maintenir une communication proactive, reguliere et de qualite avec les partenaires.
b. Collaborer etroitement avec les equipes internes afin d'optimiser la performance des partenariats.
c. Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance afin d'identifier les leviers d'amelioration.
d. Faire evoluer les approches de developpement des partenariats pour maximiser leur portee et leur penetration.
e. Mettre en place des initiatives transversales en coherence avec les priorites strategiques de l'organisation.

  • Maximiser les retombees des partenariats

a. Co-construire avec les equipes internes des plans d'action adaptes a chaque partenariat.
b. Assurer un suivi rigoureux des resultats en fonction des objectifs etablis.
c. Recommander et mettre en uvre des ajustements strategiques pour optimiser la creation de valeur.

  • Assurer une veille strategique et concurrentielle

a. Suivre en continu les tendances du marche, notamment dans les secteurs de l'assurance de personnes et des services financiers, ainsi que les initiatives concurrentielles en matiere de partenariats.
b. Analyser les meilleures pratiques du marche et formuler des recommandations strategiques pour maintenir un avantage concurrentiel.

Vos talents et qualifications :

  • Detenir un baccalaureat en administration ou tout autre domaine connexe.
  • Detenir un minimum de quatre annees d'experience significative dans le developpement des partenariats, de preference a un poste similaire.
  • Maitrise de la langue francaise, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit, ainsi qu'une maitrise avancee de la langue anglaise, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit, en raison de la nature des taches ou d'interactions avec des collegues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de repondre aux objectifs de croissance del'entreprise.
  • Maitrise de la suite Office (Word, Excel et Powerpoint).
