Unlike traditional big box gyms and personal training studios, Fitness Together provides a holistic, prescriptive approach that incorporates resistance training, cardiovascular training and nutrition counseling. Our Team of Fitness Experts sole responsibility is to focus on the clients, their experience and their results. Our experts are not responsible for sales or booking their own schedules. If you're a fitness pro with passion for empowering others to live a happier and healthier life but struggle to fit into big box health clubs, franchise gyms, or tired of working the long hours as an independent contractor, Fitness Together has an amazing opportunity for you to grow!

Responsibilities
  • Design safe and effective fitness programs, accommodating the uniqueneeds and goals of each client
  • Educate and empower clients with a clear understanding of their fitnessprogram so that they are motivated to stay committed to their planoutside the studio
  • Bring a positive attitude and show regular appreciation to clients and teammembers every day

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred
  • One year of personal training and program design experience
  • CPT certification required (ACSM, NASM, ACE, or CSCS)
  • CPR/AED and First Aid Certification required
  • Must have morning or evening availability (Mon-Fri)
  • Availability to work one Saturday per month
  • Understanding of injury prevention/management
  • Experience & success working with special populations
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
  • Ability to collaborate and thrive in a team environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly to each client's individual needs
  • Must have the emotional stamina to be "at your best" with each client
  • Ability to motivate and coach clients to ensure continuous commitment
