Are you passionate about movement, recovery, and helping others perform their best? Whether you're a recent college graduate or an experienced stretch or bodywork practitioner, Stretch Zone is looking for dedicated individuals to join our rapidly growing team!
Who Were Looking For:

  • Recent college graduates with coursework in Anatomy & Physiology

  • Degree holders in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
  • Professionals with experience in personal training, massage therapy, physical therapy, or athletics

  • Motivated, organized team players who want to be at the forefront of a wellness movement
If selected, all trainees must complete and pass a comprehensive week-long training program in our proprietary Stretch Zone Method.
Compensation: $17 $23 Per Hour (w/ Combination of Hourly and Stretch Session Pay)

Our pay range includes a combination of:
  • Base hourly wage, determined based on your experience, qualifications, and shift availability
  • Additional per-stretch pay:
    Practitioners earn extra $$ for every 30-minute stretch performed with a member
Experienced and/or well-trained practitioners typically perform more stretches per shift and therefore earn on the higher end of the pay range.
Schedule:

  • Full-Time (3640 hours/week)
  • Shifts may be at or betweenMondayFriday 7am and 8pm & Saturday - Sunday 9am-4pm

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • College-level Anatomy & Physiology (BS in Exercise Science or related field preferred)
  • Certification (preferred but not required): ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, NCSF
  • Athletic, fitness, or health/wellness background
  • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
  • Passion for helping others improve their mobility and performance
