At Galderma, we're looking for a Technical Product Lead (TPL) to own and drive the technical success of our products-from development through commercialization and lifecycle management for the dermatology skincare business related to branded health and beauty products

Your Impact

You will act as the technical lead of products, ensuring alignment between formulation, process capability, quality, and regulatory requirements-while driving robust, scalable solutions.

  • Define and lead the product technical strategy (formulation, process, control strategy) with the appropriate skateholders
  • Drive key decisions across development, , validation, and life cycle management
