Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Be an integral part of the product design team that isevolvingCNN's advertising products and footprints across desktop web, mobile web, mobile app, and video surfaces.

  • Create user flows,mockups,andinteractive prototypesto effectively conceptualize product features.

  • Help driveuser research sessionsand usability teststo better understandour consumers.

  • Create, contribute, andmaintaincomponents for our design system.

  • Champion our design principles, designsystemsand product roadmap, and serve our editorial teams' needs.

  • Play a role in shaping the future of CNN'smonetizationby collaborating with stakeholders and team members to brainstorm, envision, andvalidatenewad products and footprints.

Qualifications & Experience...

  • 2+ years as a product designer,ideallyinad tech,marketing tech, or growthdesign.

  • StrongFigmaexperience,includingwithvariables, components, styles, and shared libraries.

  • A goodtrack recordof product thinking, helping teams understand and prioritize the problemsthey'resolving as part of thedesign effort.

  • Excellent written and verbal communicationskills.

  • Proficiencyinutilizingdesign system components to create scalable, delightful user experiences.

  • Experience workingon consumer-facing productswithin large-scale organizations. Bonus points for experience in news/media.

  • A demonstrated ability to manage designtasksand a strong record ofworkingcross-functionally with otherdisciplines.

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $88,900.00 - $165,100.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
