As an early career PhD hire, you'll join our Early Career Foundation (ECF) program, building advanced technical and leadership capabilities through multiple rotations within your specialty area in your first several years. Individual pay will be determined based on various factors including degree/education, discipline, skills, abilities, qualifications, and work experience.

Pursuant to the Illinois Equal Pay Act, for Illinois employment, the expected annual salary range for this position is $135,000 – $155,000 base salary ($/year).
