Aegis Worldwide is thrilled to collaborate with a leading food industry powerhouse to find a Mechanical Systems Lead. As a pivotal member of the team, you'll ensure all tasks are completed in a safe manner, strictly following GMP regulations, while guiding the maintenance crew to success!

Our ideal candidate possesses experience such as:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • More than 4 years of expertise in mechanical or electrical disciplines
  • Some background in food production environments
  • Familiarity with GMP, OSHA, and HAACP standards
  • Capability to work in chilly 40-degree settings
  • Proven leadership and team direction skills for maintenance operations
  • Proficiency with PLCs like Siemens and Allen Bradley
  • Solid knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, including 3-phase and print reading
  • Hands-on experience with HVAC machines including Ammonia, Freon, and Glycol Chillers
