Job description

LOCATION: PHOENIX, AZ WILL BE ONBOARDING OCTOBER 2026


Pharmacy Technician:

a. Years of Experience: Minimum (1) year of experience as a certified Pharmacy Technician

b. Minimum Education: Active unrestricted Pharmacy Technician Certification.

c. Current certification in BLS (Basic Life Support).


Selected candidate shall undergo the Indian Health Service mandated security clearance requirement prior to

commencement of services at the various Service Units.


Employee Health Clearance Required:

Immunizations: (Proof of immunization or lab evidence of immunity or disease)

MMR #1 & 2

Varicella #1 & 2

Hepatitis B #1, 2, 3

Tdap (Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis) within the past 10 years

TB skin test (2 total with results at least 10 days apart) or Quantiferon Gold

Current Influenza (October 1 – March 31) or

Request the Mandatory Seasonal Decline Form

Physician’s Statement: Ok to Work
