Responsabilités principales

  • Assister les pharmaciens cliniciens dans leurs tâches quotidiennes liées à la gestion des listes de médicaments et des programmes, notamment en appliquant les critères approuvés et en maintenant à jour la configuration des programmes dans les systèmes internes.
  • Gérer et examiner les demandes d’autorisation préalable en fonction des ententes sur les niveaux de service et les exigences des clients.
  • Maintenir à jour la base de données des médicaments d’Express Scripts Canada ainsi que les renseignements relatifs aux produits et aux listes de médicaments.
  • Agir à titre de personne-ressource pour les autres équipes, notamment celles chargées de la gestion des régimes d’assurance médicaments, de la base de données sur les médicaments et du Service à la clientèle.
  • Assurer la compilation, le suivi et la tenue à jour des principaux indicateurs de rendement et des rapports opérationnels, selon les besoins.

Job Summary:

The Bilingual Clinical Services Associate supports the delivery of clinical formulary and pharmacy benefit programs by partnering closely with Clinical Pharmacists and cross-functional teams. This role coordinates prior authorization workflows, responds to clinical and operational inquiries, maintains program and formulary data, and produces reporting and analysis to support decision-making, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Clinical Pharmacists in the day-to-day administration of clinical formularies and pharmacy benefit programs, including implementing approved criteria and maintaining program configuration in internal systems.

  • Administer and review prior authorization requests in accordance with established service standards and client requirements.

  • Maintain and support updates to the ESC drug database, including product and formulary information.

  • Serve as a resource to internal teams, including Drug Plan Management, Drug Database, Marketing, and Customer Service.

  • Compile, track, and maintain key performance metrics and operational reports as required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field.

  • Registered Pharmacy Technician designation is considered an asset.

  • Bilingualism in English and French both written and spoken is required.

  • Knowledge of the RAMQ drug formulary and applicable clinical criteria.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; experience with Adobe is an asset.
