Medical Assistant (MA) - Patient Care Coordinator


Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant (MA) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care activities, assisting with vaccinations, and supporting our remote patient monitoring program.

This is NOT a remote position.


Key Responsibilities:

Schedule patient appointments for pharmacist consultations and vaccination services.

Administer various vaccines under the supervision of pharmacists.

Assist in the implementation and management of our remote patient monitoring program.

Perform basic patient assessments and record vital signs.

Educate patients on medication usage, side effects, and health maintenance.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.

Assist with inventory management of medical supplies and vaccines.

Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and safety protocols.
