Job description

LTC Scripts is seeking an experienced Long Term Care Pharmacist (RPh) to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who thrives in a fast-paced LTC environment, understands compliance, and wants to be part of a collaborative, high-performance pharmacy team.
You will work under the guidance of our Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC),and play a key role in supporting our expanding long-term care facility partnerships.
What We’re Looking For:
  •  Active NJ Pharmacist License (in good standing) 
  •  Strong experience in Long Term Care pharmacy
  •  Proficiency with FrameworkLTC system (required) 
  •  Knowledge of: 
    •  Cycle fill 
    •  IV antibiotics (preferred) 
    •  Controlled substance regulations 
    •  Emergency kits 
    •  ALF & SNF workflows 
  •  Strong communication skills with nurses, DONs, and facility administrators 
  •  Team-oriented mindset 
  •  Flexible with scheduling (including some evening/weekend rotation if needed) 
What You’ll Be Doing:
  •  Order verification and clinical review 
  •  Consulting with LTC facilities 
  •  Supervising technicians and workflow 
  •  Ensuring compliance with state and federal LTC regulations 
  •  Supporting packaging operations (bingo cards / unit dose) 
  •  Collaborating closely with the PIC and leadership team
