LTC Scripts is a growing long-term care pharmacy serving assisted living, memory care, behavioral health, detox, correctional, and other healthcare facilities throughout New Jersey. We are seeking dependable, professional drivers to join our team and help ensure critical medications are delivered safely and on time.
This is more than a driving job. Our drivers are an important part of the LTC Scripts team and serve as the face of our company to healthcare facilities throughout the state.
Responsibilities
Delivery Responsibilities
  • Deliver prescription medications and pharmacy supplies to healthcare facilities throughout New Jersey
  • Operate company vehicles safely and professionally
  • Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules
  • Obtain delivery signatures and maintain accurate delivery records
  • Verify deliveries are complete before leaving the pharmacy
  • Communicate professionally with nurses, facility staff, and pharmacy personnel
  • Handle urgent, same-day, and STAT deliveries when required
  • Report delivery issues, traffic delays, accidents, or vehicle concerns immediately
Pharmacy Support Responsibilities
When not actively making deliveries, drivers will assist the pharmacy team with:
  • Packaging medication deliveries
  • Preparing and organizing delivery totes and bins
  • Verifying delivery manifests
  • Staging deliveries for driver pickup
  • Organizing supplies and delivery areas
  • Assisting with general pharmacy support tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to lift and carry delivery totes up to 30 pounds
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred
  • Pharmacy delivery experience
  • Medical courier experience
  • Long-term care pharmacy experience
  • Healthcare, transportation, or logistics experience
  • Familiarity with New Jersey roadways and traffic patterns
Schedule
  • Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
  • Primarily weekday schedules
  • Some weekend, holiday, and after-hours coverage may be required based on operational needs
  • Overtime opportunities available
