The opportunity
We are looking for a strategic and relationship driven Trade Account Associate Director to support the management of pharmaceutical trade relationships across wholesalers, specialty distributors, retail pharmacies, and 3PL partners for assigned clients.
Working closely with Trade Operations and Analytics teams, this role will play a key part in supporting distribution strategy, inventory management, trade communications, and launch readiness activities, while serving as a trusted partner to both clients and key trade accounts.
This position reports to the Vice President, Trade.

Role responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key trade account stakeholders across the pharmaceutical distribution landscape.
  • Lead regular client meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions, providing clear communication, actionable insights, and ongoing support.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal subject matter experts across distribution strategy, trade operations, analytics, licensing, compendia, and e-prescribing.
  • Support the development and execution of trade distribution strategies for new product launches and ongoing commercial operations.
  • Analyze channel inventory and sales data in collaboration with Trade Operations and Analytics teams to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Provide guidance around inventory management and channel performance to help mitigate supply disruptions and lost sales.
  • Support preparation and delivery of trade communications, pricing notifications, and related account materials.
  • Assist with supplier onboarding documentation, trade account setup requirements, and policy-related processes.
  • Review and support negotiation of trade agreements, including inventory management, data supply, and marketing agreements.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and evolving trade channel practices within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including supporting presentations and communicating the value of our Two Labs solutions and services.

Do you have what we are looking for?
Skills & expertise
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of commercial pharmaceutical industry experience, including 3-5 years within pharmaceutical trade management.
  • Hands-on experience supporting trade account agreements, distribution strategy, and channel management activities.
  • Experience supporting product launches and establishing distribution strategies within pharmaceutical or biotech environments.
  • Strong relationship management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to analyze inventory and sales data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Experience within small or emerging pharma companies strongly preferred; large pharma experience considered a plus.
  • Additional exposure to pharmaceutical sales, market access, or marketing functions beneficial.
