Job description

Position Summary: Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for facilitating the day-to-day communication between our clients and our laboratories, ensuring exceptional client experience, and performing tasks within the various login departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely, solutions-oriented manner.
  • Advise walk-in clients about service information and project preparation.
  • Maintain a constant overview of projects in PLM/TEM/and IAQ departments that need login or client communication.
  • Unpack shipments and document receipt of sample.
  • Update client and project data records in LIMS and CRM software systems.
  • Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries and improve processes.
  • Ability to assist with administrative tasks as necessary.
  • Teamwork is the foundation of success at Eurofins; We perform other tasks as needed across departments.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience (BMQ):
HS Diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience 1-2 years

Requirements:

Position is full-time Monday - Friday (8:30am โ€“ 4:30pm). Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Atlanta, GA are encouraged to apply.

Pay rate: $20/hr
