Job description

**Anticipated Start Date: Fall 2026**
The Warehouse Associate serves as the sole onsite contributor, independently supporting Galt's pharmaceutical distribution operations. This highly autonomous role requires exceptional integrity, reliability, and accountability, as the Associate is responsible for managing all day-to-day warehouse activities with minimal supervision.
Key responsibilities include accurately picking, packing, and shipping pharmaceutical products in strict compliance with regulatory requirements and company quality standards. The Associate utilizes warehouse technology tools, including a Warehouse Management System (WMS), to maintain records, track inventory, generate reports, and prepare shipping documentation.
As the primary steward of the warehouse environment, this role ensures the security, proper handling, and integrity of all company assets, inventory, and equipment, while maintaining an efficient, compliant, and audit-ready operation.

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick, pack, and ship pharmaceutical products in accordance with approved procedures.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documentation and labels.
  • Confirm product identity, quantities, lot numbers, and expiration dates prior to shipment.
  • Load and unload shipments as required.
  • Maintain accurate and timely inventory and transaction records with a high level of precision.
  • Perform cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and support internal and external audits.
  • Safeguard company assets by preventing loss, damage, contamination, or theft.
  • Promptly report damaged inventory, equipment issues, or safety and security concerns to management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse environment at all times.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Professional Skills:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or other regulated warehouse environment required.
  • Ability to lift and move packages in accordance with job requirements.
  • Demonstrated integrity, trustworthiness, and discretion when handling regulated pharmaceutical products.
  • Ability to work independently with strong decision-making and time management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining accuracy under minimal supervision.
