Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive oncology nursing care to patients, including assessments and symptom management.

  • Administer chemotherapy, biologics, and supportive medications per protocol.

  • Maintain strict adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

  • Monitor patient responses, document outcomes, and escalate adverse events promptly.

  • Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists, and care teams to ensure seamless treatment plans.

  • Track and report metrics using pipelines and dashboards to meet territory targets.

  • Document all procedures, orders, and patient interactions accurately in electronic health records.

  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, expected side effects, and self-care.

  • Participate in daily huddles and contribute to team visibility of activities and outcomes.

  • Support the onboarding and professional development journey, seeking learning opportunities.

  • Assist in clinical trials or protocol-driven care pathways as assigned.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Experience administering chemotherapy and biologic agents per protocol.
