JOB SUMMARY:
This position performs analyses of materials, drug substances and drugproducts following cGMPs. Supports method development activities and performmethod validations with supervision.ย  Maintains and proposes improvementsto lab quality systems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:ย 
Completed Analysis
ย Performs, interprets, evaluates, and records routine and somenon-routine analytical lab tests of materials, drug substances and drugproducts following CGMPs.
ย Execute protocols, experiments as written.
ย Maintains instruments and equipment.ย  Sets up instrumentsand conducts sample tests. Performs routine calibration ofinstrumentation.ย  Ensures an adequate supply of test materials areavailable to perform daily testing.
ย Maintains and updates training records in a timely manner.
Methods & Validation
ย Supports method development/validation and method transferactivities.ย ย 
Problems Identified & Resolved
ย Proactively identifies issues, communicates &proposes/implements solutions.
ย Performs laboratory troubleshooting; proposes solutions,implements with direction.
