  • Execute MRP and capacity planning activities in SAP PP to support material availability and efficient manufacturing resource utilization.
  • Maintain and govern SAP master data, including material masters, BOMs, recipes, routings, production versions, planning parameters, and lead times.

  • Support the Sales & Operations Planning process through demand and supply balancing, capacity analysis, inventory planning, and scenario modeling.
  • Partner with Procurement to establish inventory, safety stock, and replenishment strategies that balance customer service, working capital, and shelf-life requirements.
  • Analyze manufacturing capacity, resource constraints, and production trends to support long-range volume, equipment, facility, and workforce planning.
  • Support annual operating and financial forecasting processes through analysis of production volumes, inventory projections, and material spending requirements.

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Drive adherence to planning standards, SAP process discipline, data integrity requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives across the planning function.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of production planning experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or another regulated manufacturing environment.
