Le/la gestionnaire de projet gere les differents projets lies a l'implantation des differentes solutions d'automatisation offertes par McKesson Automation aux pharmacies communautaires et aux hopitaux.   • Assurer la gestion des depenses et des budgets etablis.

Connaissances et aptitudes requises

  • Gestion du cycle de vie complet des projets de mise en uvre.

  • Connaissances informatiques et de Outlook, Suite MS Office et Salesforce.

  • Demontrer un style de gestion de projet proactive. Un processus decisionnel equilibre et bon jugement.

  • Doit etre bilingue et presenter d'exceptionnelles capacites orales et ecrites en francais et en anglais.

  • Faire preuve de flexibilite afin de repondre efficacement aux projets et besoins changeants de nos clients.

  • Gerer simultanement de multiples plans de projets. Demontrer une grande autonomie et effectuer un travail methodique.

  • Aptitude a travailler au sein de divers departements et detenir une facilite de communication aupres d'individus provenant de divers environnements.

  • Des connaissances du milieu pharmaceutique de detail ou hospitalier sont un atout.

Conditions de travail

  • Voyage aux sites clients lorsque necessaire. Environnement de travail flexible - combinaison de travail de la maison et bureau. Les heures de travail sont etablies en fonction des besoins clients et de leur emplacement.

  • Scolarite minimale requise Formations pertinentes en gestion de projets et/ou 5 annees d'experience en gestion de projets.

  • Une certification PMP ou equivalente est un atout majeur.

Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for tracking and managing implementation projects for different product lines offered by McKesson Automation to retails pharmacies and hospitals. The individual occupies a leadership role for the organization in structuring and coordinating the activities of various internal and external teams and resources to insure timely implementations in line with customer expectations while respecting timelines and budgets.

Responsabilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Customer project portfolio management, installations of new equipment, relocations and move of existing equipment.

  • Project scoping and prioritization.

  • Create and maintain detailed project plan and organize milestone activities spanning the entire life of the project from sales hand-off through to stabilization post Go-Live.

  • Manage and determine priorities based on complex information, schedules, resources availabilities and competitive needs.

  • Manage resources within the scope of the project and resolve any issues and scheduling conflicts.

  • Track progress and coordinate tasks of all resources aligned with the project.

  • Manage customer expectations and actively work on resolving implementation issues.

  • Maintain high quality communication with customers and internal resources. Report all risks and issues impacting successful implementation.

  • Create and maintain all required deliverables.

  • Manage project costs and expenses to budget. Provide sales support for Hospital Automation for : requests for information; requests for proposals; equipment demos; internal and external presentations; internal and external training.

  • Proactively work on optimizing processes to improve customer satisfaction and shorten implementation timelines. Analyze, report, and develop recommendations and develop strategies on how to improve quality and department throughput.

Skills and abilities required

  • Managing the complete lifecycle of implementation projects.

  • Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and Salesforce.

  • Proactive project management style. Balanced decision making and sound judgment.

  • Exceptional spoken and written communication skills in both French and English.

  • Flexibility in effectively responding to internal and customer communications while managing multiple projects.

  • Demonstrate independent judgment and methodical work practices.

  • Ability to create networks and work with multiple people from various fields with different responsibilities. Knowledge of pharmacy and hospital operations is an asset.

Working conditions

  • Travel to customer site as required. Flexible work environment - combination of home and corporate offices. Work hours may vary depending on customer needs and location.

  • Minimum Education Requirements

  • Relevant training in project management and/or 5 years of experience in project management.

  • PMP Certification or equivalent is a strong asset.

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.
