Job description

The actual location of this job is in Bend, Oregon. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families, if needed.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations through equipment and facility maintenance. You will help ensure reliable production and contribute to delivering life-changing therapies to patients.
This is a fully site-based role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

You will begin with a six-month training program on day shift (Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.). After training, you will transition to a night shift schedule with rotating weekends. Night shift includes a 15% shift differential.

What you will do
  • Troubleshoot and maintain equipment, utilities, and facility systems
  • Follow standard operating procedures and ensure compliance at all times
  • Review and improve maintenance procedures, records, and documentation
  • Support audits by maintaining accurate and complete maintenance records
  • Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment drawings
  • Collaborate with teams across manufacturing, labs, utilities, and contractors
  • Participate in on-call rotations and support after-hours needs as required

What we are looking for
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training or degree preferred
  • Mechanical or electrical knowledge, including relevant technical training
  • Understanding of pneumatic, mechanical, or hydraulic systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and documentation
  • Basic math, reading, and computer skills for daily tasks
  • Ability to work collaboratively and solve technical problems
  • Experience in a GMP or regulated environment is preferred
