Job description

A healthcare facility is seeking a Pharmacist to join its hospital pharmacy team and provide safe, effective medication management services. This on-site position supports clinical pharmacy operations and collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate medication use and quality patient care.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical pharmacy services within a hospital setting.
Review, verify, and dispense medications accurately according to established pharmacy standards.
Support safe medication management through clinical assessment and appropriate therapeutic recommendations.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding medication therapy.
Monitor medication use and promote safe, effective, and evidence-based pharmaceutical care.

Requirements
