Job Description

As a Business Development Assistant, you will support the business development team in identifying opportunities, maintaining professional relationships, coordinating outreach efforts, and assisting with day-to-day activities that contribute to company growth.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys working with people, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to a fast-moving professional environment. You will work closely with team members to help strengthen client relationships, support business initiatives, and maintain an organized development pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily business development and client relationship activities.
  • Assist with identifying and researching potential business opportunities.
  • Communicate professionally with prospective and existing clients.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and business development activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and development opportunities.
  • Assist with preparing business materials, presentations, proposals, and internal reports.
  • Help organize outreach initiatives and follow-up strategies.
