Job description

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (occasional overtime possible)
We are looking for warehouse operations associates for one of our pharmaceutical clients based in Indianapolis, IN. This role offers the chance for upward mobility, growth & skill development in this & to other departments with the client.
Daily responsibilities include:
  • Cycle Counting
  • Stickering and Labeling
  • Cooler Construction
  • Supply Preparation
  • Supply Management
  • Garbage - GMP Process for disposal
  • Staging for destruction of material
  • Supply receipt
  • Special Projects
  • Assist with conduct of Special Security Substances (SSS) Inventories

Requirements
  • Strong Organization & multi-tasking ability
  • Experience with inventory management - preferably clinical trial, not mandatory
  • Solid communication skills - This role communicates with multiple teams on site so having an ability to work in a collaborative team environment is essential
  • Natural attention to details while working on multiple projects
  • Candidates must pass our client's background and drug screen
  • Experience in a regulated industry - preferably pharmaceutical but similar experience is acceptable
  • Education requirement - High school degree
  • Strongly familiar with basic Windows systems
  • Proficiency in inventory software, databases, &systems highly desirable

Work place requirements
  • Comfortable with being lifted 25 feet on forklift and cherry picker (training will be provided)
  • Able to work up to 8 hours in 42 degrees - equipment will be provided on first day
  • Will be needed to bend & lift 50 pounds
