Job description

Wilmington PharmaTech, a growing pharmaceutical contract manufacturing company in Newark, DE is seeking a motivated Accounting and Administrative Associate to support both financial operations and general office functions. This role requires strong bookkeeping, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in accounting software and office applications. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Process customer orders and generate accurate invoices.

· Maintain and process accounts payable and receivable.

· Maintain financial transactions and preparation of monthly financial reports.

· Process checks, maintain ledgers, and ensure accuracy of the General Ledger.

· Maintain & reconcile bank accounts.

· Work with department managers and both internal and outside accountants when necessary.

· Contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth service.

· Assist with developing, documenting, and improving internal systems and procedures.

· Provide administrative support for business operations, including planning and logistics for trade shows and events.
