About this role


We are currently looking for a Sales Operations & Analytics Specialistto join our team based out of our Vaudreuil-Dorion head office.


The Sales Operations & Analytics Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales organization through management of systems, data, reporting, and operational processes. This role ensures sales leadership and field teams have accurate information, efficient technologies, and optimized processes to drive sales performance.

What you will be responsible for


  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reporting cadence - territory performance, new business acquisition, account activity, and pipeline health
  • Build and maintain dashboards that give Sales[AS1.1] Leadership a clear, real-time view of team performance
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in data and proactively communicate actionable insights.
  • Support day-to-day ownership of CRM and any supporting tools - structure, workflows, automations, and integrations
  • Maintain boards, pipelines, and dashboards that reflect how the sales team works
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems
  • Conduct regular audits & identify gaps to ensure accurate data entry
  • Understand the team's sales technology stack, actively identify opportunities to incorporate AI into existing workflows, and recommend new tools
  • Identify inefficiencies in sales process and find solutions or automations to address them
  • Work closely with the sales support team members and other departments to ensure consistency across sales activities, tools and processes
  • Track and report on spiff programs, incentive attainment, and KPIs against targets
  • Support quarterly business reviews with data and analysis
  • Support territory design, account segmentation, and routing optimization
  • Onboard new reps onto platforms and ensure consistent adoption across the team
  • Act as the internal point of contact for CRM questions, system issues, and process improvements
  • Support other departments with sales data requests and reporting as needed


What are we looking for


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
  • Minimum three (3) years of previous experience in sales, sales operations, analytics, or similar roles, ideally within a B2B environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong proficiency with data tools and reporting platforms
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools, such as Monday.com
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel (advanced preferred), and PowerPoint
  • English language proficiency is required for this job

Le specialiste des operations et de l'analytique des ventes est responsable de soutenir l'organisation des ventes par la gestion des systemes, des donnees, des rapports et des processus operationnels. Le titulaire de ce poste veille a ce que la direction des ventes et les equipes terrain disposent d'informations exactes, de technologies efficaces et de processus optimises afin de contribuer a la croissance des ventes.

Ce dont vous serez responsable


  • Etablir des rapports de vente hebdomadaires, mensuels et trimestriels - performances par secteur, acquisition de nouveaux clients, activite des comptes et etat du pipeline
  • Creer et mettre a jour des tableaux de bord offrant a la direction des ventes une vue claire et en temps reel des performances de l'equipe
  • Reperer les tendances, les ecarts et les occasions d'affaires a partir des donnees et les communiquer de facon proactive
  • Soutenir la gestion quotidienne du CRM et des outils connexes : structure, flux de travail, automatisations et integrations
  • Maintenir des tableaux de suivi, pipelines et tableaux de bord refletant les methodes de travail de l'equipe des ventes
  • Assurer l'exactitude et l'integrite des donnees dans l'ensemble des systemes de production de rapports
  • Effectuer des audits reguliers et reperer les ecarts afin d'assurer une saisie de donnees exacte
  • Comprendre l'ecosysteme technologique des ventes de l'equipe, cerner activement les occasions d'integrer l'IA aux flux de travail existants et recommander de nouveaux outils
  • Reperer les inefficacites dans les processus de vente et proposer des solutions ou des automatisations pour les corriger
  • Collaborer etroitement avec les membres de l'equipe de soutien aux ventes et les autres departements afin d'assurer la coherence des activites, des outils et des processus de vente
  • Assurer le suivi et la production de rapports sur les programmes incitatifs, l'atteinte des objectifs et les indicateurs de performance (KPI) par rapport aux objectifs etablis
  • Soutenir les revues d'affaires trimestrielles a l'aide de donnees et d'analyses
  • Aider a l'etablissement des territoires, la segmentation des comptes et l'optimisation du routage
  • Accompagner les nouveaux representants dans l'utilisation des plateformes et veiller a leur utilisation uniforme au sein de l'equipe
  • Agir a titre de point de contact interne pour les questions liees au CRM, les problemes de systemes et l'amelioration des processus
  • Soutenir les autres departements dans leurs demandes de donnees et de rapports lies aux ventes, au besoin


Ce que nous recherchons


  • Baccalaureat en administration des affaires, administration, marketing, analytique des donnees ou dans une discipline connexe
  • Minimum de trois (3) annees d'experience en ventes, en operations des ventes, en analytique ou dans un role similaire, idealement dans un environnement B2B
  • Excellentes aptitudes en analyse et en resolution de problemes
  • Grande attention aux details et a l'exactitude des donnees
  • Excellente maitrise des outils de donnees et des plateformes de production de rapports
  • Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et en gestion du temps
  • Capacite a gerer plusieurs projets et echeances en simultane
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en collaboration interfonctionnelle
  • Experience avec les systemes CRM et les outils de rapports de ventes, tels que Monday.com
